Ms. Higby is fully trained and skilled in various treatment modalities including Somatic Transformation, Experiential therapy, and Equine Assisted therapy.
Kathy Higby has extensive experience in providing workshops and lectures which are available to private groups and organizations as well as institutions. Three to seven day intensive programs are offered for individuals to do experiential and somatic transformation work. Couples programs are also offered and these are done primarily with Paulette Tomasson, RN, RCC, former CSAT
Kathy Higby has lectured both nationally and internationally. She is well known in her field and has co-authored a book, Reconstruction: The Living Theater Model, with Sharon Wegscheider Cruse and others. She is a clinical member of AAMFT.
Kathy Higby has a Masters degree in counseling.
